All'esame oggi uno stupendo pezzo dei Converge, dal loro album post-Jane Doe You Fail Me. Il testo in questione è tanto semplice quanto bello, e non mentirei se dicessi che l'ho postato non tanto per interpretarlo ma piuttosto per la sua bellezza, cruda e piena di sentimento. Il cantato è a metà tra clean e screaming ed esplode nell'intensissimo finale. Brano piuttosto anormale per i brutali Converge. Il testo è chiaramente una dedica a tutti coloro che continuano a soffrire tra le difficoltà e non si arrendono, si passa dalle vedove ai nuovi padri che affrontano per la prima volta quest'esperienza. Fino a coloro che hanno perso un amore. La canzone è per tutti i cuori che ancora battono, che non si fermano di fronte alle dificoltà. Capolavoro!
